hooded Gouzenko Did you ever wonder what Igor Gouzenko really looked like?
For those of you who cannot get the Winnipeg Free Press at your local newsstand, I've scanned the two pictures of a sculpted bust of Gouzenko that appeared in the February 11, 2004 issue of the Free Press.  The Free Press owns the copyright to all text and images in the article, this page  is merely a public service.

My life with windchill Windchill - a personal story
This page is just my personal ruminations on windchill.  If you want real facts on windchill, check out this page from Environment Canada. I got the picture to the right from a very informative page at Discovery Channel's website, but they took that page down, hence the link changes.

Sir John A. Macdonald Just who is Howard?  And why did I post letters from him?
"Howard" is someone I've known for a long time, with strong opinions on a variety of topics. There is nothing noteworthy about that, except that "Howard" took the time to write out some of his opinions on terrorism since 2001 and the characteristics of Canadian voters , and since I've agreed to keep "Howard" anonymous, he has agreed to let me put his letters on my website. "Howard's" opinions are not necessarily my opinions, but he challenges everyone to clearly think out the opinions we do hold. The picture of Sir John A. Macdonald to the left comes from Wikimedia Commons.
